##### Die Stelle
* Planung klinischer Studien in Zusammenarbeit mit Medical Affairs
* Entwicklung und Prüfung von Prüfplänen und Studienberichten
* Koordination der Prüfmusterbereitstellung und der dazugehörigen Dokumentation
* Management (Organisation, Durchführung, Überwachung und Auswertung) klinischer Studien gemäß ICH-GCP und internen SOPs
* Auswahl und vertragliche Bindung von CROs und Prüfzentren, sowie deren Monitoring
* Überwachung und Zusammenstellung der studienspezifischen Dokumente (Trial Master File)
* Überwachung laufender und anfallender Aktivitäten zur Qualitätssicherung, inklusive der Erstellung von SOPs sowie studienrelevanter Audits und Inspektionen
* Beantwortung von Anfragen unserer internationalen Partner und der EU-Behörden im In- und Ausland zu unseren Studien
##### Anforderungsprofil
* Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (bevorzugt: Pharmazie oder Medizin) und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder bei entsprechenden Dienstleistern
* Sie haben Erfahrung mit wissenschaftlichen Recherchen und im Medical Writing
* Sie haben exzellente Kenntnisse der GCP-Anforderungen bei klinischen Studien
* Sie sind mit den behördlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen (ICH, EMA, FDA) vertraut
* Erfahrung im Bereich von Medizinprodukten wäre von Vorteil
* Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
* Sie haben Freude an interdisziplinärem Arbeiten
* Sie sind ein kommunikativer Teamplayer
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

##### Your mission
* Planning clinical trials in collaboration with Medical Affairs
* Development and review of study protocols and study reports
* Coordination of trial sample provision and the associated documentation
* Management (organisation, conduct, monitoring and evaluation) of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP and internal SOPs
* Selection and contractual commitment of CROs and trial centres, as well as their monitoring
* Monitoring and compilation of study-specific documents (Trial Master File)
* Monitoring ongoing and upcoming quality assurance activities, including the creation of SOPs and study-related audits and inspections
* Responding to enquiries from our international partners and EU authorities in Germany and abroad regarding our studies
##### Your profile
* Completed scientific studies (preferably: pharmacy or medicine) and at least three years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with corresponding service providers
* You have experience in scientific research and medical writing
* You have excellent knowledge of the GCP requirements for clinical trials
* You are familiar with the official and regulatory requirements (ICH, EMA, FDA)
* Experience in the field of medical devices would be an advantage
* You have a very good command of German and English
* You enjoy interdisciplinary work
* You are a communicative team player
* Confident with MS Office
