YOUR FUTURE ROLE
SAP GS2 (Government Security & Secrecy) unit is looking for a Governance Expert (f/m/d) to join our global team. In this role, you will support the L1 office in organizational governance and cross-topic project steering.
Your responsibilities include:
* Act as point of contact among executives, managers, employees and customers by managing the information flow in a timely and accurate manner
* Prioritize and steer requests and queries efficiently across the organization
* Handle L1 projects swiftly, discretely, and efficiently
* Produce briefings, presentations, and reports on strategic topics to the organization
* Contribute to planning, execution and follow up of meetings with customers and partners
* Support the Head of SAP Government Security & Secrecy in context of Executive and/or Supervisory Board engagements
YOUR PROFILE
* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in International Management, Business Administration or a related field.
* Solid experience in organizational transformation and strategy processes
* Strong understanding of corporate processes and cross-board area interaction
* Excellent written and verbal C-level communication and presentation skills in German and English
* Strong project management skills and ability to deliver first-class results on time and in budget
* Good experience in governing large-scale projects under Executive Board sponsorship
* Consent to participate in obtaining a Personnel Security Clearance as per government regulation
* Familiarity with national security requirements in SAP key markets is an asset
