##### Your to do's
* You oversee acquisitions, manage Post Merger Integration and support the delivery of synergies
* You develop and iterate our Corporate Strategy
* You identify focus area for M&A together with C-Level
* You create deal flow for M&A (outreach, relationship management, deal rational, shareholder management etc.)
* You lead due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of transactions
* You manage and advise on transactions from origination through to execution with a high degree of autonomy
* You manage internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure clear accountability and progress remains on track
##### Your skills
* You have 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory and execution experience from a top consultancy, investment bank, similar corporate function or PE-backed roll up case
* You are fluent in German & English
* You have strong strategic thinking and ability to align cross functional teams behind a strategy
* You have strong judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to articulate and present points of view and ideas effectively
* You have strong business modelling skills and ideally knowledge of deal structuring + presentation skills to investors (VC / PE)
* You have strong project management experience in former M&A transactions & integrations
