##### Wir suchen Dich
###### Zur Unterstützung unseres LEOP Operation-Teams am Standort Landau suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h, befristet auf 6 Monate) als Praktikant (m/w/d).
##### Das erwartet Dich bei uns
* Du bist verantwortlich für die Definition und den Aufbau von experimentellen Aufbauten (Labormaßstab und Pilotversuche) sowie für die Entwicklung von Verfahren.
* Die Durchführung von Wärme-, Wasser- und Massenbilanzen in den verschiedenen Schritten des Lithium-Extraktionsprozesses gehören zu deinen Aufgaben, um Daten für die Planung der kommerziellen Anlagen bereitzustellen.
* Du bist zuständig für Vorschläge zur Verbesserung und Optimierung eines oder mehrerer Schritte des Lithium-Extraktionsprozesses.
* Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst die Sammlung und Analyse von Daten sowie die Erstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Berichte (Berichte, Präsentationen).
* Erstellung von Dokumenten zur Unterstützung des Anlagenbetriebs und Schulung der Bediener runden dein Aufgabenprofil ab.
##### Das solltest Du mitbringen
* Du absolvierst ein Masterstudium in Chemie oder Chemieingenieurwesen / Verfahrenstechnik.
* Du hast eine analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise, die dir hilft, komplexe Probleme erfolgreich zu lösen.
* Du bist eine praxisorientierte Person und daran interessiert, Industrieanlagen zu bedienen (nach entsprechender Schulung).
* Du bist motiviert, die Entwicklung und Optimierung chemischer Prozesse voranzubringen und lernbereit.
* Du möchtest Teil der Dekarbonisierung der Industrie sein.
* Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest gerne in einem interkulturellen und vielfältigen Umfeld.
* Du bist bereit, die bei unserer Operation-Plant LEOP definierten Sicherheitsregeln sorgfältig zu lernen und zu befolgen.

##### We want you for...
###### To support our LEOP operation team at the Landau location, we are looking for you as an intern (m/f/d) in full-time (40h, limited to 6 months ) as a process engineer.
##### Your mission
* You are responsible for defining and building experimental setups (laboratory scale and pilot tests), as well as developing procedures for the equipment to be operated.
* Performing heat, water, and mass balances in the different steps of the lithium extraction process is part of your tasks, in order to provide data for the engineering of the commercial plants.
* You are in charge of proposing improvements and optimizations for one or several steps of the lithium extraction process.
* Your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, as well as delivering high-quality reports (reports, presentations).
* Writing documents to support the operation of the plant and the training of the operators rounds off your job profile.
##### Your profile
* You are pursuing a master’s degree in chemistry or chemical process engineering.
* You have an analytical and conceptual way of thinking that helps you successfully solve complex problems.
* You are a hands-on person, interested in operating industrial equipment (after training).
* You are motivated by chemical process development and optimization, and you are willing to learn.
* You are motivated to be part of the decarbonization of the industry.
* You are a team player and enjoy working in an intercultural and diverse environment.
* You are ready to carefully learn and follow the safety rules defined at our operation plant LEOP.
