### Tasks
* Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data.
* Perform regular server patch management and updates.
* Manage and maintain Microsoft SharePoint and server inventory.
* Oversee the lifecycle of Microsoft Azure servers, including cloud and local host storage.
* Administer Active Directory for both Azure and on-premises environments.
* Develop and enforce group policies and rights management protocols.
* Implement hardware encryption and ensure data and mail encryption.
* Conduct security awareness training for staff.
* Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.

### Requirements
* University Degree in IT or comparable vocational training
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT security or related field
* Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
* Familiarity with group policy management and rights management.
* Knowledge of hardware encryption and data protection techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
