Join our team as IT specialist with focus on DATEV (m/f/d) at the Heidelberg, Mannheim or Wiesenbach location.
Your tasks:
* Support and further development of our internal IT (infrastructure, hardware, software)
* Ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems
* Management and maintenance of networks and servers
* Support and training of employees with IT questions and problems, especially in relation to DATEV
* Implementation and monitoring of IT security measures
* Administration and maintenance of our software solutions, with a special focus on DATEV
* Integration and optimization of DATEV applications in our work processes
* Error analysis and correction as well as optimization of existing IT processes, especially in the context of DATEV
Your profile
* Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, IT or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the support of IT systems and networks
* Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows servers and clients
* In-depth experience in dealing with DATEV software and its interfaces
* Ideally DATEV system partner certification
* High level of consulting skills, solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and service orientation
