##### Was Dich erwartet
Als Mini-Jobber Hausmeister arbeitest Du unter der Anleitung des Haustechnikers und des Hotel Managements. Du hilfst den Zustand des Hotels und Garten in Ordnung zu halten.
* Du übernimmst das Betreuen unserem Hotel, Du bist dabei vor allem verantwortlich für Sauberkeit, Sicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit der Einrichtungen und Anlagen zu sorgen.
* Du pflegst den Garten und Außenanlage.
* Du führst kleine Ausbesserungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch.
* Du bist für die fachgerechte Entsorgung von Wertstoffen, Müll und Sondermüll zuständig.
* Du erledigst Maler- und Tapezierarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich.
##### Was Du mitbringst
* Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, idealerweise als Maler ausgebildet.
* Du bringst eine stark ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit.
* Du verfügst über Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse.
* Idealerweise besitzt Du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

##### What to expect
As a mini-job caretaker, you will work under the guidance of the house technician and hotel management. You will help keep the hotel and garden in good condition.
* You will be responsible for looking after our hotel, ensuring the cleanliness, safety and functionality of the facilities and equipment.
* You maintain the garden and outside facilities.
* You carry out minor repairs and mending.
* You will be responsible for the proper disposal of recyclables, rubbish and hazardous waste.
* You do interior and exterior painting and wallpapering.
##### What defines you
* You have already gained work experience in this field - preferably in the hotel industry.
* You are trained in a technical profession, ideally in electrics or house painting, or are trained as an EUP.
* You have a strong willingness to serve and a high level of quality awareness.
* You have knowledge of German and English (other foreign languages are a plus).
* Ideally, you have a class B driving licence.
