### Tasks
We are looking for YOU - a PMO (all genders) - to lead and optimize our project management processes. Join us to drive efficiency, ensure successful project execution, and make a significant impact across our organization.
What you'll do:
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and deliverables
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met
* Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
* Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
* Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work
* Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and performance metrics to clients, stakeholders and senior management
* Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders

### Requirements
What you'll need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* First experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing or creative environment
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous
* Proficient in both spoken and written German and English
