POSITION SUMMARY:

As Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll help lead activities concerning employees’ benefits, leave administration, attendance, job bidding, and training. Come prepared to play an integral role in both internal and external plant relations including community interactions, recruitment events, employee events and celebrations.

* Assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databases
* Track and administer attendance program, including FMLA and Short-Term Disability.
* Leverage emerging technology to support data tracking and analysis.
* Participate in recruitment activities including career fairs, interviews, job bidding, and pre-employment requirements.
* Help schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation, as well as support ongoing Education and Training (E&T) programs.
* Act as community outreach liaison to establish partnerships and resources.
* Lead and coordinate employee activities across the plant including events, celebrations, workshops, etc.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.
* 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite

The approximate pay range for this position is $47,000 to $64,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
