Technical Project Manager ORC (m/w/d)

For our growing PowerPlant Team at the Landau location, we are looking for you as Technical Project Manager ORC, a full-time (40h) and permanent.
##### Your mission
* You create project plans, including schedules, financial budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure the successful implementation of ORC projects.
* You implement monitoring systems to track the performance of ORC systems, identify deviations, and optimize operations.,
* You select appropriate components (turbines, heat exchangers, pumps) based on project requirements and performance criteria.
* You ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines in ORC projects.
* You prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for ORC systems, including design calculations and operation manuals.
* You work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to coordinate project activities and achieve project goals.
##### Your profile
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
* You have experience with Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems, including design, optimization, and operation.
* You possess solid knowledge in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and system modelling.
* You have the ability to analyse data, solve problems, and develop proposals.
* You have strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
